Chapter 4  Judicial Systems

 

1.     No judicial system is fair to the underprivileged.

2.     All known judicial systems are used by the wealthy to suppress the poor.

3.     The least evil of the judicial systems is local group justice.

4.     This is where everyone in the social group agrees to the guilt of the accused.

5.     Both men and women participate in the social group decision.

6.     If all do not agree the accused is presumed innocent.

7.     The only punishment is Ostracism from the group.

8.     Ostracism does not have to come with the first offence.  The number can be chosen with each decision.

9.     Police are mercenaries hired by the wealthy to suppress the poor.

10. police always have been mercenaries to suppress the poor

11. Police always will be mercenaries to suppress the poor.
